Mode of action:
BESTRA-DK 50mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac potassium and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac potassium is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
Indications:
BESTRA-DK 50mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of medicines that is used for short term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling. It inhibits release of those chemical messengers in the brain that tell us that we have pain. It effectively relieves back pain, earache, throat pain, toothache, periods pain and pain due to arthritis too.
BESTRA-DK 50mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

It is not recommended for use of BESTRA-DK in children without the guidance of a Pediatric Consultant.
Maximum daily dosage 3 tablets (one tablet every 8 hours)
-Best results reached if taken 2 hours after meals
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it fixed time.
